Who are the programmes for?+
Our current programmes are designed for working professionals, founders, executives, leaders and organisations. We recommend the format based on your goals, schedule and the communication situations you face.
Are sessions virtual or in person?+
Programmes can be delivered virtually, in person or in a blended format. Availability depends on location, cohort and the scope of the engagement.
How long does coaching take?+
Executive coaching usually runs for three to twelve months. The group programme is structured as a six-month cohort. Team engagements can range from a focused workshop to a longer development programme.
How much does it cost?+
Fees depend on the format, goals, duration, number of participants and level of customisation. You will receive a clear quotation after the initial consultation.
Can you prepare me for one specific speech or interview?+
Yes. We assess the urgency and scope first, then recommend either a focused working session or a longer coaching plan where deeper development is needed.
Do you work with organisations around the world?+
Yes. The Speech Factory has international experience and can deliver virtual or blended programmes across locations and time zones.
Do participants receive feedback?+
Yes. Practice and direct feedback are central to every programme. All participants receive detailed, personalised feedback at every step of the process from coaches who understand you and your journey.
Is the learning portal part of this website?+
No. Participant learning materials and course access remain in a separate, private portal.
