Before payment
Your proposal or enrolment confirmation will state the programme dates, payment schedule and any engagement-specific cancellation terms. Those written terms take priority.
Client cancellations
Notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Eligibility for a refund or credit depends on the notice given, costs already committed and the terms of your engagement.
Missed sessions
One-to-one sessions may be rescheduled when sufficient notice is provided. Cohort sessions, workshops and events may not be repeatable. Where possible, we will advise on recordings, resources or an alternative session.
Changes by The Speech Factory
If we cancel a paid service and cannot offer a suitable replacement, the affected portion of the fee will be refunded or credited.
Requesting a review
Send your name, programme and payment details with a concise explanation. We will assess the request against the confirmed terms.
